Overview
Yoanna Flight School has spent 50 years turning students into professional pilots – graduates who now fly for leading airlines around the world. As an FAA Part 61 and Part 141 approved school based in Fort Myers, Florida, their reputation was built in the air. vi-tech was brought in to make sure their systems on the ground matched that standard. We manage their IT infrastructure, designed and built a website that reflects five decades of credibility, and implemented a CRM system to bring order to enrolment, communication, and administration – all backed by cloud-based solutions built for a growing school, not a static one.
The Challenge
A 50-year track record is a serious asset – but only if prospective students can find it, trust it, and act on it. Yoanna Flight School needed a digital front door worthy of their legacy: a website that could turn interest into applications, at a time when prospective pilots are comparing schools online before ever visiting in person. Behind the scenes, enrolment and student communication were running on processes that couldn’t scale with demand, and IT infrastructure needed to be dependable enough that instructors and administrators could focus on training pilots, not troubleshooting systems.
